The Young at Heart exercise class for Seniors has been exercising together for close to 25 years here in our Family Room. They are excited to be celebrating this milestone and wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing our older adults to thrive through these classes. The picture below is of the group earlier this month. If you are a senior, and interested in joining the class, you are welcome to come on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am.
